Why is the Hotel Name hidden?
Brand name hotels use BlueYogi to offer highly discounted rated on unsold rooms. Since the rates are highly discounted, the hotels don't want us to show the Hotel name and exact Location until the room is booked. Rest assured, the hotel that you will get will be only a top brand name hotel within the star category that you selected.
Are there any hidden charges, like taxes and fees, in your rates?
With hotel reservations, the search results will show the base price (i.e., the nightly room rate before taxes and booking fees). On the next page -- before you make any commitment to book -- you will see the total price including all taxes and booking fees.
In addition, please note that each hotel may also have its own charges - for example, parking, resort fees, convention fees, and energy charges. You will be required to pay any such fees directly to the hotel (usually at check-out time). Once you book a hotel reservation, we recommend that you contact your hotel directly to inquire about any additional charges.
Can I request a specific type of bed (e.g., king, double)?
All rooms booked on BlueYogi will accommodate the appropriate number of guests in each room, based on the total number of guests you provided and the number of rooms you requested. At this point, we do not guarantee what kind of bed will be provided, just that the hotel will accommodate the number of guests
Can I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
For all BlueYogi rooms, bookings are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or changed, even for a fee. Hotel suppliers are able to offer their unsold rooms at discounted rates on BlueYogi because we withhold their name until after the customer books and our reservations are non-refundable. These restrictions enable the hotels to better manage their unsold rooms, and are a big reason why we can offer you great deals. Also, credit cannot be given for any unused hotel reservations. Once you agree to make a booking on our site, your credit card will be charged for the total price shown — regardless of whether the hotel reservation is used.
Can I change the name under which the hotel room is reserved?
No - you can't change it. The person whose name the room is booked under originally will need to be present at time of check-in. Hotels will require a credit card authorization to guarantee payment of any incidental charges that you may incur during the stay. The amount of available credit needed will vary by hotel, although some hotels allow a cash deposit to secure any incidentals.
If you have booked only one room for your stay, you will not be able to transfer the name of the original guest to another guest name. All BlueYogi bookings are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, exchanged, or transferred.
